5. How personal is the daily support?
You’ll be in a private Telegram/WhatsApp group with direct responses from Joshua. You can share up to five questions or thoughts each week and receive clear, supportive guidance in return.

6. What if I miss a live Zoom session?
No problem. Every session is recorded and shared with the group. You can watch later and still send in your questions for Joshua to answer.

7. What happens after the one-month programme?
You’ll have the method firmly in hand. If you’d like to go deeper, advanced circles and longer memberships will be available in the coming months. Recoding Groups will also be formed soon.

1. What are mental codes?
Mental codes means your deep-seated rules, beliefs, and assumptions you hold about yourself, others, and the world (e.g., “If I fail, I am worthless” or “Life is a struggle”). The attack thoughts you notice in Step 1 are the surface-level messages generated by these underlying codes. Recoding is the process of rewriting the rule, one thought flip at a time.


2. How much time will this take each day?
Recoding works in moments — just pause, choose again, and submit. It adds nothing more to your plate.

3. I’ve tried courses before that didn’t 'stick'. How is this different?
Most methods ask you to add more — more effort, more routines. Recoding is about letting go. Three steps (pause, flip, and submit) are practised daily till it becomes natural. That’s why it lasts.

4. If everything is in the book, why do I need a Premium Guidance Membership?
Joshua has given away the method in the book and on social media in its entirety, without holding anything back. Yet, research shows a changeover of your habitual mind takes some dedicated training. Active guidance from a mentor helps you stay steady and not fall away midway.

Joshua Newton is a global award-winning journalist, author, and screenwriter, and a teacher of nondual mindfulness wisdom.
